    Sat + Sun 7:00 - 8:00


  • What time do you serve breakfast?

    We serve breakfast

    Mon-Fri 6:45-10:00

    Sat, Sun & public holidays 8:00-11:00


  • How do I get the Mediterana voucher?

    You booked a Mediterana arrangement and you like to use the day of arrival for your visit?


    You can arrive on the day of arrival from 9.00 a.m. Then you will get the voucher and the bathrobe.


  • Do I have to set a time slot for visiting the Mediterana?

    No, the hotel voucher gives you flexibility in terms of time.

  • How can I redeem a hotel voucher?

    In the case of vouchers please reserve by email or telephone.

  • Can I also arrive outside the opening hours?

    You can arrive 24 hours a day. Please contact us in advance and arrange a check-in code.

  • At what times can I check in or out?

    Check-in from 3.00 p.m.  

    Check-out until 11.00 a.m.
